INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

College community understands that everyone who wants to attend college will not be able to come to campus. So as part of the Distance Learning program, Community College offers a series of video telecourses to meet the needs of students who prefer to complete coursework in their home at their convenience. These telecourses are regular credit classes taught on videocassette tapes by colleges community professor.

To use the material of the course you will need your own VCR, tape player. Some telecourses will be broadcasted on KCC 7 TVs. This program airs from 6 o’clock in the morning to 7.30, Monday to Friday. And the complete listing of the courses is printed in your regular television guide, to register for telecourses, call the community college for distance learning program at 7826394. The course syllabus, books and videotapes will be available at the community college bookstore. During the first wee of classes, your instructor will contact you to discuss the course and answer any question you might have about the course requirements. Then for up the rest of the semester you can use either an 800-telephone number or an e-mail address to contact your instructor.

Perguruan tinggi setempat mengetahui bahwa semua orang yang ingin masuk ke perguruan tinggi tidak akan bisa datang ke kampus. Jadi ini adalah bagian dari program Belajar Jarak Jauh, Perguruan tinggi setempat menawarkan serangkaian telecourses video untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa yang lebih memilih untuk menyelesaikan kursus di rumah mereka demi kenyamanan mereka. Telecourses ini adalah kelas kredit reguler yang diajarkan pada kaset-kaset video oleh professor Perguruan tinggi setempat.

Untuk menggunakan bahan dari program studi Anda akan memerlukan VCR tape sendiri. Beberapa telecourses akan disiarkan pada KCC 7 TV. Program ini mengudara dari 6 pagi sampai dengan 7.30, Senin sampai Jumat. Dan daftar lengkap kursus dicetak dalam panduan televisi umum, untuk mendaftar tele courses, hubungi perguruan tinggi untuk program pembelajaran jarak jauh pada 7826394. Kursus silabus, buku dan kaset video akan tersedia di toko buku perguruan tinggi. Selama kelas pertama, instruktur Anda akan menghubungi Anda untuk mendiskusikan kursus dan menjawab pertanyaan yang mungkin Anda miliki tentang persyaratan kursus. Kemudian selama sisa semester Anda dapat menggunakan keduanya pada nomor telepon 800 atau alamat e-mail untuk menghubungi instruktur Anda.
